Flavus Vas (Yellow Vase) 35×30cm enamel on masonite
$940 or 4 payments of $235

I see my work as a type of verification of what I see and experience around me. My interest in Abstraction began early on when I noticed that I was fascinated by the abstract vitality inherent in the fragment, and industrial surfaces. For some time now I have utilized sgraffito, and assemblage in my paintings; treatments which have beginnings in my earlier days of carpentry. As a painter, I became interested in fragmented surfaces which were a kind of bridge between the things I was looking at and thoughts I had; an intuitive treatment of materials and techniques which made sense to me.
